Here is another urban pigeon, this time in his autumn scarf. He's done using watercolours, gouache, and India ink.

Title is borrowed from a song by Memory Tapes, sublime New Order inflected New Jersey loveliness. There's no reference to pigeons though, it's just what's playing.
